Our 7 Days Accessible Tanzania Safari is a fully inclusive northern circuit designed for wheelchair users, seniors, slow walkers and travellers with mobility, visual or hearing requirements. From the moment you land at Kilimanjaro International Airport, every transfer, vehicle and lodge has been arranged for accessibility — modified open-roof 4×4 Land Cruisers fitted with hydraulic ramps and secure wheelchair anchoring, and personally vetted accessible lodges in Tarangire, the central Serengeti and the Ngorongoro Highlands offering step-free access, roll-in showers and accessible dining. You’ll experience the Big Five, the Great Migration plains and the world-famous Ngorongoro Crater without compromise.

Day 1 Day 1

Day 1: Arrival in Arusha — Accessible Transfer

Welcome to Tanzania. Our team meets you at Kilimanjaro International Airport with an accessible vehicle equipped with hydraulic ramp and wheelchair anchoring. Comfortable transfer to your accessible hotel in Arusha for rest and a welcome dinner. Your coordinator visits to confirm vehicle setup, dietary needs and any personal accessibility requirements.

Day 2 Day 2

Day 2: Arusha → Tarangire National Park

After breakfast, depart Arusha in your modified accessible 4×4 Land Cruiser for the scenic drive to Tarangire National Park, famous for huge elephant herds and baobab trees. Afternoon game drive at a relaxed pace along the Tarangire River.

Day 3 Day 3

Day 3: Tarangire → Central Serengeti

Morning game drive in Tarangire, then drive via the Great Rift Valley wall to the central Serengeti, arriving at your accessible lodge for lunch. Afternoon game drive through the Seronera Valley, watching for lion prides and leopard in the kopjes.

Day 4: Full Day Serengeti Big Five Game Drive

A full day exploring the Serengeti from the comfort of your accessible 4×4. Morning game drive focuses on big cats; an accessible bush picnic lunch is set up at a scenic vantage point. Afternoon drive returns through wildebeest and zebra herds and elephant breeding groups.

Day 5: Serengeti Migration Tracking

Day 6 Day 6

Day 6: Serengeti → Ngorongoro Crater Game Drive

Morning drive from the Serengeti to the Ngorongoro Conservation Area with a stop at Olduvai Gorge. Descend into the Ngorongoro Crater for a full game drive on the crater floor — the world's largest unbroken caldera, home to the Big Five including the endangered black rhino. Picnic lunch in the crater before ascending to your rim lodge.

Day 7 Day 7

Day 7: Return to Arusha / Kilimanjaro — Departure
