7 Days Accessible Safari — The Plains of Mara

Overview

The 7 Days Accessible Safari — The Plains of Mara is for travellers who want to truly immerse themselves in Kenya’s most iconic wildlife reserve. We’ve designed this inclusive itinerary so that wheelchair users, slow walkers, seniors and travellers with mobility, visual or hearing needs can spend extended time on the plains of the Masai Mara without rush. You’ll game-drive in a modified accessible 4×4 with hydraulic ramp and secure anchoring, stay in pre-vetted accessible lodges and camps with roll-in showers and step-free access, and enjoy bush meals, sundowners and an optional Maasai community visit that has been specifically arranged for accessibility. Every day is paced around your comfort, with multiple Big Five encounters along the way.
