Explore two of Kenya’s most distinctive northern reserves on this 4-day safari combining Shaba National Reserve and Samburu National Reserve. Both reserves share the life-giving Ewaso Ng’iro River and are renowned for endemic wildlife species found nowhere else in Kenya. Shaba, made famous by Joy Adamson of ‘Born Free’, offers dramatic volcanic rock formations and diverse birdlife. Day 3: Shaba to Samburu National Reserve

Morning game drive in Shaba, then cross into Samburu National Reserve. Afternoon game drive along the Ewaso Ng'iro River watching crocodiles, elephants drinking, and prolific birdlife. Dinner overnight at lodge.
